2. Software Subscription Refunds

Because PAK POS provides digital software services and online access, refunds are generally not available once:

  • An account has been activated.
  • Software access has been granted.
  • Services have been delivered or used.

However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if:

  • A duplicate payment was made.
  • A billing error occurred.
  • The purchased service could not be provided due to a technical issue on our side.

3. Refund Request Period

Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.

Requests submitted after this period may not qualify for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Monthly or yearly subscription fees after activation.
  • Custom software development work.
  • Installation and setup services.
  • Training and consultation services.
  • Third-party integrations or licensing fees.
  • Domain, hosting, SMS, WhatsApp API, or other external service charges.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
  • Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted where applicable.

6. Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not automatically qualify for a refund of previous payments.

7. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Payments

If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately with relevant details so that we can investigate the matter.
